Property Evaluation
If you feel that your property is a potential candidate for locating Facilities, please proceed with the registration form. You must create a username and password to enter your site information into our nationwide database.
Once you have registered, you will immediately get exposure to Cell Tower Building Companies.
Building or Rooftop sites:
- Structure should be at least 3 stories in height.
- Have a flat area on the roof (hot roof, gravel roof)
- At least 600 square feet on the roof, in the building or next to the building
- May be combined in a church steeple, billboard or water tower

Land for Cell Sites:
- Leased area should have at least 600 square feet
- Potential Cell Site should be near a paved public road
- Community should be receptive to the Wireless industry
